SIGRA in Haarlem zoekt een gedreven HBO Social Worker voor hun nieuwe FACT-team. Je biedt intensieve zorg aan jongeren met complexe psychiatrische problemen en werkt op verschillende locaties, zoals thuis of op school.
Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in Social Work en ervaring met behandeltechnieken is een pré. Wij bieden een jaarcontract voor 24-36 uur per week met een salaris tussen € 3883,- en € 5140,- op basis van 36 uur.
