SIGRA in Amsterdam zoekt een Alspedagogisch medewerker voor 24 tot 36 uur per week. Je biedt stabiliteit en veiligheid voor jongeren in een woonvorm en begeleidt hen in hun ontwikkeling op hun toekomstplannen.
De rol vraagt om pedagogische kennis, oplossingsgerichtheid en de vaardigheid om complexe hulpvragen om te zetten naar concrete acties. Aansluitend bij de BIG 5 staan persoonlijke begeleiding en nauwe samenwerking centraal.
Bij SIGRA ontvang je een jaarcontract met een goed salaris op basis van de CAO Jeugdhulp. Er zijn mogelijkheden voor groei en ontwikkeling en extra’s zoals een fietsregeling en zorgverzekering.
