Het Leger des Heils in Amsterdam zoekt een HBO Persoonlijk Begeleider die een verbinder is en samenwerkt aan herstel en zelfredzaamheid. Je begeleidt en behandelt deelnemers van alle leeftijden in complexe situaties, hebt oog voor hun behoeften, en werkt intensief samen met collega’s en instanties.
Deze functie biedt een deel van 32 uur per week, een salaris volgens schaal 8 (€ 3.397,- tot € 5.157,-), en mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling via de Leger des Heils Academie.
