SIGRA in Amsterdam zoekt een Ambulant Begeleider Thuisbegeleiding. In deze rol werk je zelfstandig bij cliënten en help je hen naar meer stabiliteit, zelfredzaamheid en vertrouwen.
Je biedt individuele begeleiding thuis, werkt volgens het zorgplan, en stimuleert cliënten met psychiatrische of psychosociale problematiek. Een contract voor onbepaalde tijd met een functie van 20–24 uur per week wordt aangeboden.
