Leger des Heils zoekt een activeringscoach voor de Permanente Winteropvang in Den Haag. Je werkt van 1 november tot en met 30 april met bewoners die wintersopvang nodig hebben, en zet activiteiten op die aansluiten bij hun talenten en wensen.
Je rapporteert via Clever en werkt nauw samen met coördinatoren en groepsbegeleiders. Je hebt een MBO-4 diploma richting maatschappelijk werk, ervaring met de doelgroep en rijbewijs
