Stichting Philadelphia Zorg zoekt een betrokken Coördinerend Gezinsbegeleider (CB-er) om gezinnen te ondersteunen bij opvoeding en zelfredzaamheid. Je werkt samen met gezinnen en partners in een dynamische omgeving in Amsterdam en omliggende gemeenten.
Je gebruikt methodieken zoals IAG en JIM, met aandacht voor gelijkwaardigheid en krachten in het netwerk. Een relevante HBO-opleiding en SKJ-registratie zijn gewenst; je werkt samen met hulpverleners en zorgaanbieders.
