Koninklijke Kentalis zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider complex jongvolwassenen in Amsterdam. Je biedt 16-36 uur per week zorg en ondersteuning aan bewoners met communicatie-uitdagingen en helpt hen zelfstandiger te worden binnen een warme teamsituatie.
Je werkt volgens een persoonlijk behandelplan, voert zorgplannen uit, bevordert interactie tussen bewoners en begeleidt hen bij dagelijkse activiteiten. Een flexibele instelling, geduld en respectvolle communicatie zijn essentieel in deze rol.
