HVO-Querido is op zoek naar een stevige, betrokken persoonlijk begeleider voor de locatie Rudi van Dantzig in Amsterdam-Oost. Je biedt intensieve ondersteuning aan jongeren van 18 tot 27 jaar die nog niet zelfstandig wonen.
Je helpt bij woon- en sociale vaardigheden, zoals koken, schoonmaken en met geld omgaan, en begeleidt hen op werk, studie of andere zinvolle dagbesteding. Je hebt een eigen caseload van ongeveer vier jongeren.
