Stichting GGZ in Geest zoekt een BIG-geregistreerde HBO-verpleegkundige of relevante HBO-opleiding in maatschappelijke zorg voor het FACT-team Osdorp. Je werkt in een volwassen, lerende en multidisciplinaire omgeving waar herstel centraal staat.
Je voert huisbezoeken uit, behandelt intake en crisissituaties en werkt aan netwerkvorming met cliënten en naasten. Het dienstverband is vast en ingeschaald in FWG 55 cao GGZ.
