MOC 't Kabouterhuis in Noord-Holland zoekt Jeugdzorgwerker B (gezinsbegeleider) voor 24 uur per week. Je werkt op meerdere locaties met een mobiel behandelteam om gezinnen met jonge kinderen te ondersteunen.
Je observeert en analyseert gezinswijzen en vertaalt ontwikkelingen naar haalbare handvatten. Je begeleidt ouders bij de opvoeding, versterkt de ouder-kind relatie en stemt af met de regiebehandelaar en collega’s zodat de zorg waar nodig weer goed neerzet.
