Domus+ zoekt een Sociaal Pedagogisch Werker 2 die bewoners met psychiatrie, verslaving en/of LVB ondersteunt richting zelfredzaamheid. Je werkt herstelgericht, motiveert en begeleidt zowel individueel als in groepsverband. Je bewaakt professionele afstand en draagt bij aan een veilig leefklimaat.
Je signaleert behoeften, stelt behandelplannen op en onderhoudt relaties met netwerken. Wij bieden 24-32 uur per week, salaris volgens cao Sociaal Werk, schaal 6 (€2.870–€4.285 o.b.v.
