Leger des Heils Westburgh in Amsterdam zoekt een HBO-gekwalificeerde Persoonlijk Begeleider voor beschermde woonvoorziening. Je inventariseert hulpvragen, voert behandelplannen uit en biedt begeleiding, ook bij crisissituaties. Samen met collega's en externe partners werkt u aan herstel en veiligheid.
De functie vereist 24–32 uur per week, met ontwikkeling via de Leger des Heils Academie en een jaarcontract met verlenging. Sluitingsdata en verdere details worden intern bepaald.
