Domus+ Rosaburgh zoekt een Woonbegeleider om cliënten te ondersteunen bij dagelijkse taken en zelfstandigheid te vergroten. Je werkt samen met de Zorgcoördinator en andere hulpverleners om een veilige leefomgeving te creëren.
De functie vereist een HBO-diploma Social Work, ervaring met multi-problematiek en sterke rapportage- en communicatieve vaardigheden. Er is een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast dienstverband en reiskostenvergoeding.
