Het Leger des Heils zoekt een HBO Persoonlijk Begeleider in Amsterdam voor 32 uur per week. Je bent een verbinder die deelnemers, hun omgeving en collega’s samenbrengt om herstel en zelfredzaamheid te bevorderen.
Je werkt zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband en denkt creatief en oplossingsgericht. Wij bieden een salaris volgens schaal 8 van de cao Sociaal Werk en een mogelijkheid tot professionele ontwikkeling via de Leger des Heils Academie.
