SIGRA zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider in Amsterdam die (jong) volwassenen met auditieve en verstandelijke beperkingen aandacht en structuur biedt, zodat zij groeien. Je zorgt voor een veilige, vertrouwde plek waar bewoners zichzelf kunnen zijn, met focus op communicatie en maatwerk.
Je observeert bewoners, stemt begeleiding af op spanningsniveau en werkt samen met een betrokken team aan een persoonlijk ondersteuningsplan voor elke bewoner.
