SIGRA zoekt een HBO-persoonlijk begeleider die cliënten van alle leeftijden ondersteunt bij zelfstandig wonen en maatschappelijk deelnemen. Je werkt methodisch aan behandelplannen en biedt begeleiding en opvang, ook in crisissituaties.
Je beschikt over een HBO-opleiding (SPH/Social Work/Pedagogiek) en minstens 1 jaar ervaring met multi-problematiek. Je bent communicatief sterk, stressbestendig en kunt rapporteren en plannen opstellen.
