SIGRA zoekt een (assistent) begeleider voor 32 uur voor onze dagbestedingsgroep Oranje op locatie Hoofddorp. Je biedt 1-op-1 begeleiding aan één cliënt met intensieve ondersteuning binnen Woning D, met aandacht voor maatwerk, structuur en veiligheid.
Je werkt doordeweeks van 09:00 tot 15:30, met variabele diensttijden en mogelijke shifts op andere tijdstippen. Je profiel: mbo3-diploma, empathisch, verbindend en flexibel; je kunt plannen uitvoeren en contact leggen met cliënten en hun omgeving.
