ASKV / Steunpunt Vluchtelingen zoekt een maatschappelijk trajectbegeleider voor MOO-I, de opvang voor ongedocumenteerden met psychische en medische behoeften in Amsterdam. Je combineert woonbegeleiding met hulpverlening en werkt nauw samen met collega’s en externe professionals.
Je beschikt over ervaring met GGZ-problematiek, je bent flexibel, stressbestendig en hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden in Nederlands;
Engels is een plus.
