Amsta op Overtoom in Amsterdam West zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider Dagbesteding voor 24-36 uur per week. Je ondersteunt bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking en begeleidt dagelijks activiteiten met structuur en zorg.
Je werkt aan ADL, activiteiten op maat, opstellen en uitvoeren van ondersteuningsplannen, observatie van signalen en bevorderen van zelfstandigheid. Een dynamische, warme organisatie waar samenwerking centraal staat.
