Amsta zoekt een Persoonlijk Begeleider Dagbesteding voor de Overtoom-locatie in Amsterdam West. Je begeleidt bewoners met een verstandelijke beperking op zowel woning- als dagbestedingsmomenten en zorgt voor structuur, veiligheid en passende activiteiten.
Je begeleidt bij ADL, helpt met opstart en ontbijt, en bewaakt de voortgang van ondersteuningsplannen. Samen met collega's bouw je aan een betekenisvolle dag voor bewoners.
