Cordaan zoekt een Begeleider wonen op locatie Nieuw Vredenburgh in Amsterdam West. Je ondersteunt volwassenen met een matige verstandelijke beperking en/of moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag in het dagelijksleven, biedt structuur en bevordert zelfredzaamheid in een veilige woonomgeving.
