Cordaan zoekt een begeleider op locatie Nieuw Vredenburgh in Amsterdam West voor volwassenen met een matige verstandelijke beperking en/of moeilijk verstaanbaar gedrag. Je biedt structuur, ADL-ondersteuning en draagt bij aan een veilige woonomgeving. Je werkt uitsluitend ochtend-, avond- en weekenddiensten.
Het team bestaat uit een manager, persoonlijk begeleiders, begeleiders en ondersteunend begeleiders. Start met een jaarcontract van 32 uur per week, salaris FWG 40, plus eindejaarsuitkering,
