Cordaan zoekt een betrokken Persoonlijk Begeleider Gehandicaptenzorg voor de Colijnstraat locatie in Amsterdam Nieuw-West. Je biedt dagelijkse begeleiding aan cliënten met LVB/MVB en psychiatrische achtergronden, met aandacht voor signalering en aanpassingen in het dagprogramma.
Je werkt samen met collega’s, rapporteert helder over gedrag en spanningsopbouw, en draagt bij aan een veilige leefomgeving met ruimte voor ontwikkeling en samenwerking.
