iHUB Alliantie in Amsterdam zoekt een ervaren Ambulant Hulpverlener voor Team Jonge Ouders. Je begeleidt jonge moeders met trauma en hechtingsproblematiek aan een veilige toekomst voor moeder en kind, over meerdere jaren en trajectfasen.
Je cof6rdineert hulpverlening, werkt in multidisciplinair verband en bouwt duurzame relaties op met gezinnen. Je hebt een HBO-diploma, SKJ-registratie, 3 jaar relevante jeugdhulp ervaring en sterke communicatieve vaardigheden.
