Je begeleidt kinderen tussen 4 en 18 jaar met een verstandelijke beperking en ontwikkelingsvragen, sluit aan bij hun tempo en werkt vanuit drie begeleidingsvisies (Belevingsgericht, Samengericht, Taakgericht).
Je hebt een mbo 4- of hbo-opleiding in zorg of welzijn, bent geduldig en nieuwsgierig, en kunt structuur bieden.
