Ouder- en Kindteams Amsterdam zoekt een betrokken professional voor Amsterdam die gezinnen ondersteunt. Je kent de wijk en luistert naar wat nodig is, van opvoedvragen tot complexe gezinssituaties, en zet acties in gang met aandacht voor de kracht van het gezin.
Je werkt zelfstandig binnen een team en bouwt aan verbindingen met scholen en partners. Een HBO-diploma in Pedagogiek/ SPH/ MWD of Social Work en SKJ-registratie zijn vereist; 24–36 uur per week beschikbaar en ruimte om te groeien.
