HVO-Querido zoekt een betrokken ondersteunend begeleider om cliënten die medicatie slikken of psychiatrische kwetsbaarheid hebben te begeleiden en te assisteren bij ADL en dagelijkse activiteiten. Je fungeert als aanspreekpunt, werkt zowel in de woongroep als op satellietwoningen en coördineert activiteiten binnen het team.
