Stichting GGZ in Geest zoekt een woonbegeleider voor een beschermde woonlocatie in Amsterdam West. Je werkt intensief samen met een multidisciplinair team om cliënten te ondersteunen in herstel, zelfredzaamheid en een zo normaal mogelijk dagelijks leven.
Je voert dagelijkse begeleiding uit, bewaakt een voorspelbaar leefklimaat en rapporteert aan het behandelteam. Een vast dienstverband bij 24-36 uur per week wordt geboden, met doorgroeimogelijkheden volgens de cao GGZ.
