Amsta is in Amsterdam op zoek naar een Persoonlijk Begeleider op de afdeling Screening en Delier. Je begeleidt cliënten die tijdelijk intensieve ondersteuning nodig hebben en bewaakt hun traject van opname tot vervolgzorg.
Daarnaast voer je ADL- en medicatietaken uit na trainingen en werk je samen met behandelaren en collega’s in een multidisciplinair team om rust en structuur te bieden en herstel te bevorderen.
