Esdégé-Reigersdaal zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider voor het Regionaal Expertisecentrum NAH+ in Alkmaar. Je bouwt intensieve relaties op met cliënten en ondersteunt hen in ADL, structuur en regie over hun dag.
Je werkt nauw samen met multidisciplinaire professionals en krijgt de kans om te groeien via het landelijke NAH+ netwerk. Er is ruimte voor scholing en ontwikkeling, met een duidelijke carrièrepaden binnen NAH+ zorg.
