Cordaan zoekt een betrokken persoonlijk begeleider voor woonlocatie De Gooyer VGZ in Amsterdam-Oost. Je werkt 28-32 uur per week en biedt dagelijkse ondersteuning aan cliënten met een verstandelijke beperking en bijkomende problematiek.
Je werkt volgens een zorgplan, voert ADL-taken uit en biedt verpleegtechnische handelingen waar nodig. Er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling en een aanbrengbonus van €500 netto.
