Ouder- en Kindteams Amsterdam (OKT) zoekt een Jeugd- en Gezinsprofessional voor de Baarsjes/Oud-West. Je hebt een eigen caseload en bent het aanspreekpunt voor gezinnen, met vrijheid om passende ondersteuning te bieden en waar nodig specialists in te schakelen.
De functie is 24–36 uur per week. Je werkt wijkgericht en bouwt vertrouwen op, met ruimte voor leren en ontwikkeling binnen een lerende organisatie.
