HVO-Querido zoekt een ambulant persoonlijk begeleider die jongeren van 17 tot 27 jaar ondersteunt in Amsterdam-Noord. Je werkt vanuit het Team Eigen Thuis Noord/Centrum, bezoekt cliënten thuis en draagt bij aan een stabiele levenssituatie met Housing First-principe.
Je hebt HBO/WO-denkniveau en minimaal mbo4-diploma, minimaal 2 jaar relevante ervaring en bent flexibel in werktijden. Salaris CAO Sociaal Werk, 36 uur per week, met verlof- en mobiliteitsregelingen.
