De Regenboog Groep zoekt een dagcoördinator voor de Buitenhof in Amsterdam. Je leidt de dagelijkse gang van zaken op de tijdelijke woonvoorziening en werkt nauw samen met collega’s en maatschappelijk werkers om bewoners te begeleiden richting duurzame huisvesting.
Je ondersteunt bewoners bij het stabiliseren van schulden en het versterken van hun netwerk, en er is ruimte om locatieactiviteiten te organiseren. De rol vraagt inzet, compassie en praktisch handelen in een sécuré omgeving.
