Zeno Zorg zoekt een enthousiaste begeleider voor een woonlocatie in Amsterdam. Je biedt intensieve, één-op-één begeleiding aan jonge volwassenen met een auditieve en mogelijk cognitieve beperking, in een kleinschalige setting.
Je werkt vanuit een zorgplan en bouwt aan vertrouwen met bewoners, met aandacht voor rustige, individuele ondersteuning. Het team bestaat uit horende en dove collega’s; gebarentaal wordt aangeleerd waar nodig.
