Koninklijke Visio zoekt een Maatschappelijk Werker Kind/Jeugd om in Amsterdam en omgeving ouders en kinderen te ondersteunen. Je brengt hulpvragen in kaart, coördineert zorg en werkt in een multidisciplinair team aan revalidatieplannen.
Sluit je aan bij een betrokken organisatie die ouders en hun kinderen met een visuele beperking ondersteunt. Het betreft een parttime functie (24 uur/week) met een jaarcontract en uitzicht op verlenging.
