Software Engineering

Salesforce is a leading AI CRM where human agents drive customer success. This role is part of Salesforce’s AI Builder program, focused on building agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 customers. The position is located in Finland and requires both technical skills and a mindset for rapid learning.

Technical foundation required. Builder mindset non‑negotiable.

• AI‑Powered Development: Build customer solutions with leading AI tools including Cursor, Claude, and Vibes to accelerate development.
• Dedicated Mentorship: Hands‑on technical skill development, shadowing opportunities, and networking with senior developers.
• Skill Acceleration: Develop technical depth and sales communication skills, leading high‑level stakeholder conversations.

• Develop AI Agents: Create real‑time actions for major companies, working in production.
• Design Agent Intelligence: Define prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and architecture using AI/LLM technologies.
• Support the Technical Lifecycle: Collaborate to architect, build, debug, and deploy scalable systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
• Drive Strategic Impact: Translate business challenges into agentic solutions, consulting with clients.
• Iterate and Deploy: Test, troubleshoot, fix, and ship code repeatedly, owning work from day one.

• You have a strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
• You’re an AI native who has deep expertise in LLMs and prompt engineering.
• Fluent in React, Type Script, Graph
  
  QL, Python, object‑oriented programming, and real‑time infrastructure.
• You can hold your own in a room with sales teams and customers.
• You write high‑quality code and evaluate AI outputs with engineering rigor.
• You thrive in collaborative group chats focused on building, not just discussing.
• You’re ready to grow faster here than anywhere else; ideas have real weight from day one.
• Bringing sharp problem‑solving instincts, relentless initiative, and a get‑things‑done mentality.
• Exceeding expectations for travel of 25‑50% to work directly with customers.
• Fluency required in English and Finnish.
