• Analyze functional specification documents and develop plug‑ins in C# and .NET.
• Apply Scrum, Agile, or V‑cycle project methodologies within an international context.
• Build and support JavaScript, Azure, and web service components to enable functional profiles.
• Support clients throughout the project lifecycle using development skills and mastered technologies.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts on solution design.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform, including complex project delivery.
• Hands‑on experience working in project mode.
• Deep knowledge of Dynamics 365 CE: configuration, customization, and custom development.
• Strong software development skills: design, develop, test, and deploy custom CRM solutions.
• Ability to analyse customer needs, identify issues, and propose innovative, effective solutions.
• Fluency in English and proficiency in Dutch for effective client and stakeholder communication.
• Experience in analyzing, designing, implementing, and maintaining Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power Platform application code.
