Salesforce is hiring AI Builders for an emerging talent cohort in the Swedish market. The role is early‑career focused, embedding new graduates directly with customer‑facing teams to design, develop, and deploy Agentic AI solutions for Fortune 500 companies. The work is oriented toward building real‑time, production‑ready AI agents that drive business impact.
Responsibilities- Develop AI agents that take real actions for real companies.
- Design agent intelligence, including prompts, reasoning, tool calls, and overall architecture using AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
- Collaborate within a builder pod—a cross‑functional team—to architect, build, debug, and deploy high‑quality, scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, Apex, and related technologies.
- Partner with clients to translate business challenges into agentic solutions, leveraging consultative skills to ensure technical solutions meet real‑world needs.
- Iterate and deploy: test, break, fix, and ship production‑ready code, owning the entire lifecycle from day one.
- Participate in a structured mentorship program that pairs junior builders with senior developers and onboarding buddies to accelerate technical depth and sales skills.
- Strong background in Computer Science or a related engineering discipline.
- Deep familiarity with LLMs and prompt engineering; AI‑native mindset.
- Fluency in React, Type Script, Graph
QL, Python, object‑oriented programming, and real‑time infrastructure. - Ability to communicate effectively with sales teams and customers, writing high‑quality code and rigorously evaluating AI outputs.
- Proactive, problem‑solving mindset with relentless initiative and a get‑things‑done attitude.
- Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time, working directly alongside customers.
- Fluency in Swedish and English required.
- Builder mindset considered non‑negotiable; early career experience is acceptable, but the role demands ambition and a capacity to influence from day one.
