JOB PURPOSEWe’re looking for a CRM Engineer who enjoys working at the intersection of data, automation, and marketing technology. As part of our CRM Practice, you will translate lifecycle and campaign requirements into technical solutions, build and maintain automation workflows, and bring personalized customer journeys to life.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:- Translate lifecycle and campaign requirements into technical solutions.
- Build and maintain CRM automations, workflows, and journey logic.
- Configure marketing automation platforms.
- Set up data structures, segmentation, and triggers for CRM journeys.
- Develop integrations such as API connections and out‑of‑the‑box connectors.
- Troubleshoot issues and optimize CRM platform performance.
- Work together with CRM Solution Architects on larger CRM implementations.
- Document solutions and follow technical best practices and governance.
- 2–4 years of experience in CRM engineering, marketing automation, or a related technical role.
- Hands‑on experience with one or more CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Bloomreach, Adobe Campaign, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP Emarsys).
- Basic knowledge of SQL, scripting, APIs or structured data formats such as JSON.
- A problem‑solving mindset and genuine curiosity about how systems work.
- Comfort working independently on small projects and collaboratively on larger ones.
- Proficiency in client‑facing communication, explaining technical topics clearly.
- Thriving in a fast‑paced agency environment with a high level of autonomy.
