About the Role
As Data Engineer, you design, build, and maintain the data infrastructure that makes data accessible, reliable, and usable across Stage Entertainment. You bridge the gap between raw data and valuable insights, enabling data‑driven decision‑making across departments and markets. You work with Big Query, Fivetran, GCP, and DBT to build and optimize data pipelines that feed reporting, analytics, and commercial applications across the group.
Responsibilities- Design and develop data models aligned with business requirements.
- Build and maintain data pipelines to move data from various sources into Big Query using Fivetran.
- Develop ETL processes to cleanse, transform, and prepare data for analysis and reporting.
- Manage and optimize the Big Query data warehouse for performance and efficiency.
- Implement data governance policies and security measures.
- Continuously monitor data pipelines and storage systems; optimize for quality and speed.
- Collaborate with reporting specialists, analysts, and business stakeholders.
- • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- • At least 2 years in data engineering (starting level: no experience required).
- • Strong knowledge of data pipelines, ETL processes, data modeling, SQL, and Python.
- • Hands‑on experience with Big Query, Google Cloud Platform, DBT, and Git.
- • Understanding of data governance and data quality principles.
- • Experience with Power BI, CI/CD (Git Hub Actions), big data concepts.
- • Software engineering best practices (clean code, TDD).
- • Google Cloud or data engineering certifications.
- • You combine strong analytical skills with a pragmatic, results‑oriented mindset.

- • You are fluent in English. Working knowledge of other languages is a plus.
