• Research and implement state‑of‑the‑art generative AI techniques and tools.
• Optimize and fine‑tune models for performance, accuracy, and scalability.
• Ensure ethical AI practices, including fairness, transparency, and bias mitigation.
• Document AI workflows and maintain clear communication within teams.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI and contribute to knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, or related fields.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing generative AI models.
• Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with AI frameworks such as Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or similar.
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms, natural language processing, and data preprocessing.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) is a plus.
