Senior Python GenAI Engineer

As a Senior Python GenAI Engineer, you will:

• Design and develop Generative AI solutions leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Build scalable AI-powered applications using Python, FastAPI, and Azure services.
• Develop and maintain RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
• Integrate LLMs with enterprise applications, APIs, databases, and knowledge repositories.
• Engineer prompt frameworks and optimize model performance for business use cases.
• Deploy, monitor, and manage AI workloads on Azure cloud platforms.
• Collaborate with Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Product Teams, and Solution Architects.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend innovative solutions.

• 7–10 years of software engineering experience with at least 3+ years in AI/ML or Generative AI solutions.
• Strong proficiency in Python and backend development.
• Hands-on experience with FastAPI and API-driven architectures.
• Experience working with Large Language Models (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Claude, Mistral, or similar).
• Knowledge of RAG frameworks, vector databases, embeddings, and semantic search.
• Experience with Lang Chain, Llama Index, Semantic Kernel, or similar AI orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud-native application development.
• Understanding of AI governance, model evaluation, and responsible AI principles.

• Architect end-to-end Generative AI solutions from concept to production.
• Build highly scalable, secure, and performant AI applications.
• Optimize prompts, embeddings, and model outputs for business value.
• Work with structured and unstructured enterprise data sources.
• Troubleshoot AI, application, and cloud infrastructure challenges.
• Communicate complex AI concepts effectively to technical and business stakeholders.
• Drive innovation while maintaining production-grade engineering standards.
