TIBCO BWCE Integration Developer

As a TIBCO BWCE Integration Developer, you will:

• Design, develop, deploy, and maintain enterprise integration solutions using TIBCO BWCE and TIBCO Business Works 6.x.
• Build and support API, middleware, and service integration solutions based on SOA and ESB architectures.
• Develop and manage file transfer processes, integration workflows, and enterprise service implementations.
• Create, enhance, and decommission integration processes in line with evolving business requirements.
• Support migration projects involving TIBCO applications, services, and infrastructure.
• Configure and maintain monitoring, alerting, and observability solutions using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Develop and maintain YAML configurations for containerized and cloud-native deployments.
• Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and operations teams to deliver secure and scalable integration solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, including performance bottlenecks, thread dumps, memory leaks, and integration failures.
• Participate in CI/CD implementation, Dev Ops practices, Agile ceremonies, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Configure and support Linux and Windows-based environments hosting integration services.
• Ensure enterprise-grade security, reliability, and operational excellence across all integration platforms.

• 6+ years of experience in enterprise integration and middleware development.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with TIBCO BWCE and TIBCO Business Works 6.x.
• Experience working with YAML configurations and containerized deployments.
• Deep understanding of XML technologies including XSD, DTD, XSLT, and XPath.
• Proven experience with SOA, ESB, and Enterprise Integration Architecture.
• Experience configuring monitoring, alerting, and dashboards using Splunk and Dynatrace.
• Knowledge of TIBCO ecosystem products such as EMS, FTL, eFTL, Mashery, Administrator, TRA, Hawk, Adapters, and Plugins.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and Agile Scrum methodologies.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud services and cloud-native integration patterns.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and production support capabilities.
