• Develop and maintain internal tools for trade capture, market analysis, trading operations, and client workflows.
• Implement new features and improvements across company platforms.
• Translate business and market requirements into practical technical solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales Traders, Analysts, and Operations to understand needs and convert them into technical tasks.
• Build tools that simplify complex environmental market data.
• Participate in code reviews and team discussions.
• Support the creation of automated workflows, integrations, and data pipelines.
• Improve system performance and data quality across internal platforms.
• Assist with CRM-related enhancements and data maintenance.
• Contribute to feature development, bug fixing, and UX improvements.
• Strengthen the overall technical infrastructure.
• Engage in continuous learning and share knowledge within the team.

• 2–5 Years of experience with Python for backend and Java script, Dash, or React for the front end.
• Strong understanding of SQL databases.
• Proficiency in Windows environments.
• Experience in gathering business requirements and communicating with stakeholders.
• Hands‑on mentality and a culture of ownership.
• Strong communication skills and eagerness to achieve results through collaboration.
• Nice to have:
  Linux, Docker, portfolio, Git Hub, or project examples demonstrating full stack work.
