What You Bring to the Table:

• Configure and develop Service Now capabilities for CMDB implementation.
• Build and support integrations between Service Now and Flexera for asset and license data ingestion.
• Build and support integrations between Service Now and Net Box for infrastructure and network/OT asset data ingestion.
• Configure Import Sets, Transform Maps, scheduled jobs, APIs, and business rules.
• Implement CI creation and update logic, reconciliation support, and data handling.
• Support access rights, role structures, and separation controls within Service Now.
• Develop and test technical components for CMDB delivery.
• Work closely with architects and process consultants to align technical implementation with governance and process requirements.
• Document technical designs, integration logic, error handling, and support procedures.
• Assist with performance tuning, operational handover, and post-go-live support.

• 8+ years of professional experience in Service Now development.
• Strong experience with Service Now platform configuration and custom development.
• Hands-on experience with CMDB development, CI classes, data loads, transform logic, and related workflows.
• Strong experience building Service Now integrations using REST, SOAP, Integration Hub, Import Sets, Transform Maps, and scripted APIs.
• Strong knowledge of the Service Now security model, ACLs, roles, groups, and domain separation.
• Experience troubleshooting integration issues, data mismatches, transformation errors, and platform behavior.
• Understanding of CMDB data quality principles and CI lifecycle management.

• Convert architecture and process requirements into working Service Now configurations and deployable solutions.
• Design and implement effective CMDB data ingestion and transformation processes.
• Develop and troubleshoot Service Now integrations.
• Implement CI creation, update, reconciliation, and data handling logic.
• Identify and resolve integration, data quality, and transformation issues.
• Configure appropriate access controls, roles, and separation mechanisms.
• Perform technical testing, defect resolution, deployment, and stabilization.
• Document technical solutions and provide effective operational support.
