Gold Republic zoekt een AI Engineer Lead die eindverantwoordelijk is voor de herbouw van ons platform. Je stapt in op architectuurkeuzes, streeft naar schaal, en leidt een nieuw Amsterdam-team van twee tot drie engineers.
Je werkt nauw samen met CTO en directie, en bent hands-on betrokken bij kerntechniek en AI-pijplijnen. Je vertaalt bedrijfsdoelen naar een technische roadmap en bewaakt de backlog zodat we altijd aan het belangrijkste werken.
