Role Overview

AI Builder, Emerging Talent – Finnish Market

• Develop real‑time AI agents that take real actions for Fortune 500 companies.
• Design agent intelligence, prompts, reasoning, tool calls and architecture leveraging AI/LLM technologies and the Agentforce platform.
• Collaborate with other Builders to architect, build, debug, and deploy scalable production systems using JavaScript, Python, and Apex.
• Partner with clients and stakeholders to translate business challenges into agentic solutions and present consultatively.
• Test, iterate, ship, and own the work from day one.

• Strong background in Computer Science or related engineering discipline.
• Deep experience with large language models, prompt engineering, and a true AI native mindset.
• Proficiency in React, Type Script, GraphQL, Python, OOP, and real‑time infrastructure.
• Ability to engage sales teams and customers confidently.
• Fluency in English and Finnish.
• Willingness to travel 25‑50% of the time to work directly with customers.

• Hands‑on mentorship, access to advanced AI tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude, Vibes), and collaboration with senior developers.
