We are looking for an experienced Service Now Integration Developer / Architect to design and lead complex integrations between Service Now and multiple enterprise source systems.

The successful candidate will have deep expertise in Service Now integration architecture, CMDB, CSDM, ITOM, Event Management, APIs, Integration Hub, Import Sets, and MID Server patterns
. You will work closely with onshore architects, process leads, platform owners, infrastructure teams, and offshore development teams to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions.

• Own the architecture and technical design approach for integrations between enterprise source systems and Service Now.
• Define the end-to-end integration strategy for data ingestion from platforms such as:
  • Splunk
  • Zabbix
  • Flexera
  • SCCM / Microsoft Configuration Manager
  • Net Box
  • Datadog
  • Active Directory
  • VMware vCenter
  • Azure
• Design integration patterns supporting CMDB, asset management, event management, monitoring, discovery, and operational use cases

• Define source-system responsibilities, data ownership, target CI models, reconciliation logic, and transformation standards.
• Design secure, scalable, and maintainable integration flows, including:
  • Authentication
  • Credential management
  • Scheduling
  • Retry handling
  • Error management
  • Logging
  • Monitoring and observability
• Guide developers on implementation standards for:
  • REST APIs
  • Web services
  • Import Sets
  • Transform Maps
  • Integration Hub
  • Scripted integrations
  • MID Server
• Establish data mapping, payload transformation, data quality, normalization, and duplicate-prevention standards.
• Ensure integration designs support appropriate rights separation, data segregation, and controlled access
  .
• Assess source-data quality and completeness and identify remediation requirements.
• Ensure integrations are optimized for performance, reliability, supportability, and long-term maintenance.
• Collaborate with Service Now platform owners, infrastructure teams, architects, and business stakeholders.
• Work independently in an offshore capacity while maintaining effective collaboration with onshore teams.
  
  Provide technical guidance and support throughout implementation, testing, deployment, and operational run phases.

• 8–10 years of relevant IT experience
  , with strong hands‑on Service Now integration and architecture experience.
• Deep experience designing integrations between Service Now and multiple enterprise source systems
  .

• Proven experience integrating monitoring, asset, discovery, inventory, and operational platforms with Service Now.

  • Azure
• Strong knowledge of data mapping, transformation, normalization, reconciliation, and duplicate prevention.
• Experience defining source‑of‑truth principles and data ownership models
  .
• Strong understanding of integration security, credential handling, access control, error handling, monitoring, and performance tuning.
• Experience designing scalable integration architectures for complex, multi-team or multi-domain Service Now environments.
• Strong understanding of rights separation and controlled‑access models.
• Ability to work independently and communicate effectively with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
