Strong Medior​/Senior React Native Developer

Elements is growing and ambitious! As part of our exciting expansion, we just moved from Almere to Amsterdam and we’re looking for a React Native Developer to help us build apps millions rely on. While your primary focus is React Native, experience with native iOS will give you an edge, since we deliver projects across both native and cross‑platform.

Together with your team, you build a variety of brand new mobile applications. You collaborate with colleagues to make estimates and define architecture, as well as shape the project structure. You embrace our way of working, while also suggesting improvements to make it even better. You think with the client and bring the commercial perspective to the development process. You have genuine curiosity for your field, staying up to speed with the latest innovations and sharing knowledge with colleagues.

You’re someone who communicates clearly in English and can easily connect with colleagues and clients alike. Your tech skills and experience:

• 4-5 years of professional experience with React Native, including hands‑on project work
• At least 6 years of general development experience (e.g. Type Script/JavaScript (ES6+), frontend React, React Native, and/or native mobile with Kotlin/Swift)
• Familiarity with continuous integration and delivery pipelines
• Commitment to building apps with strong accessibility support (Voice Over, Dynamic Type, etc.)
• Experienced in Unit and E2E testing (we use XCTest, Jest, Maestro)
